How it works

Getting started

1

Contact us

Call us or fill in the form. We'll ask about your situation and what kind of break would help most.

2

Arrange an assessment

Most funded respite requires a My Aged Care assessment. We'll help you arrange this — it's free.

3

Choose your respite

Select in-home, day program, or residential respite — or a mix. We'll match you to the right option.

4

Enjoy your break

Your loved one is in safe hands. Return rested and ready — no guilt needed.
