Questions & Answers

Mental Health Support — common questions

Not for most of our services. Many people benefit from support before, during, or without a formal diagnosis. We focus on your wellbeing and goals, not a label.
Our community mental health services focus on practical support and recovery in everyday life — they complement but don't replace clinical treatment like therapy. We can help connect you to clinical services too.
If you're in immediate danger, call 000. For mental health crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14, Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636, or NSW Mental Health Line on 1800 011 511.

You don't have to manage alone. We're here.
