Dementia Care — common questions

We support all forms of dementia including Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia, and younger-onset dementia. Our staff receive regular specialised training in all types.
This is one of the hardest decisions families face. Signs it may be time include: safety risks at home, significant carer stress, complex medical needs, or the person expressing a wish for more company. We can help you work through this decision — call us anytime.
Absolutely — we actively encourage it. Family members are part of the care team, involved in regular care reviews, and always welcome to visit. You know your loved one best.
