Uniting supports children, young people, and families across NSW and ACT — from early intervention through to intensive support for families experiencing crisis.
In-home support for families experiencing stress, domestic difficulty, or parenting challenges — practical and emotional help.
Support for children aged 0–6 with developmental delays, disability, or family risk factors — early help makes the biggest difference.
Safety planning, crisis accommodation referrals, and ongoing support for women and children experiencing family violence.
Programs for young people at risk of homelessness, disengagement from school, or involvement in the justice system.
Coordinated support for families with complex, multiple needs — a dedicated case manager who knows your whole situation.
Supporting families separated by child protection orders to work toward safe reunification, where appropriate.
Families can self-refer or be referred by schools, hospitals, GP's, or FACS. Call us to find out what's right for your situation.
A Uniting worker meets with your family to understand your situation and what support would help most.
Together we develop a plan — practical goals, who does what, and how we'll measure progress.
We check in regularly and adjust the plan as circumstances change. Support can be short-term or longer term.
